As we enter this new chapter in our journey of DreamHouse Ewa Beach, we would like to share with you and introduce you to new staff, new positions and new approaches.

Our purpose is to clearly define and align the roles and responsibilities of DreamHouse for the 2023-24 school year. Additionally, by getting crystal clear on who is leading and responsible for what, our Coaches, families, students, and partners can better engage with the DreamHouse school.

Leadership, Operations, Finances, and Organization

The Leadership Team will be in charge of leading the business side of DreamHouse during the 2024-25 school year. All non-instructional areas will flow through this team. Additionally, there are many elements of the classroom and teaching that cross over to this team, and the operations team will work closely to ensure smooth, effective implementation of our educational model and academic plan.

Student Success

All aspects of Student Success including, but not limited to, special education, special supports, evaluations, behavior management and solutions, and overall partnership with parents and service providers will flow through the Student Success Team. Grade level members of the Student Success Team, Coaches will work to better understand the needs, strengths, assets, behaviors, and developmental strategies needed to support our students.
