Please complete the ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION form to confirm your child's enrollment at DreamHouse. This is your acceptance and official enrollment at DreamHouse for the 2021-22 school year. Please complete this form by April 24, 2021. After April 24, all non-replies will be put at the bottom of the waitlist and those on waitlist who are next up will be offered enrollment.
